Are you someone who easily asks or help or is asking for help even on your radar? I used to think I was good at it and found out that was an interesting lie I told myself and that’s because of the rules I made up from those pesky self-limiting beliefs who on occasion love to run the show. Asking for help and accepting it is such strength so why do we avoid it? In today’s episode we are going to explore what stops us from asking for help and 7 simple steps to strengthen that muscle. People naturally want to be contributions and it is such a gift to allow that into their lives and ours.
