Lets Be Honest Before We Start Pretending

I was recently in virtual training and I heard “Human beings require 3 things to be happy”


  1. Someone to love
  2. Something to do
  3. Something to look forward to


Now I have heard this many times before but for some reason this stopped me in my tracks and the tears started rolling down my face. I remember I wrote it down; explore this and why in the world was this making me cry? And why now? And when has it before? And am I happy?


I mean I come off as a pretty positive person and one might think that means of course she is happy, but am I? Am I really? And the answer to that was NO. I’m not happy and I haven’t been for a while... mic drop. In this episode we will take a deep dive into happiness, get real and work a strategy to bring the joy back.
