Lets Be Honest Before We Start Pretending

Jul 6, 2020

Every week we explore a specific principle of leadership, and I mention they will assist you in taking the lead in your life in every episode, so I thought I would chat with you about the pillars of taking the lead in your life that guide each one of the principles we take on each week.

These are the very pillars that successful leaders lean on, and by taking that stand for you and others will have you living a life of purpose, passion, and fulfilment, while absolutely getting many more of the results you want personally and professionally.

We are going to explore the following 8 pillars in depth

  1. Lead by example
  2. Be courageous
  3. Do what is right, not what is easy
  4. Honor others, respect their worldview
  5. Explore new ideas and opportunities, be curious
  6. Find beauty in everything and everyone, stay positive
  7. Set goals for your life
  8. Surround yourself with teachers, mentors, coaches, and accountability partners

Each week we explore principles that connect to the 8 pillars of taking the lead in your life, from an honest and neutral place.  Challenge yourself to take on the reflection questions, weekly practices, and the ownership for what you are creating and celebrate that you are creating so many more of the results you want personally and professionally.
